Wake & Wonder guarantees our merchandise is manufactured with care at highest quality. We accept return item(s) for exchange and refund via a store credit that can be used towards your next order. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of your original purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tag on. If your purchase included a Wake & Wonder bag, it must also be returned to our store.

Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) are not covered or reimbursed by Wake & Wonder. We recommend you send your returns via registered post, as we are not accountable for any lost items. Once your return is received and inspected, Wake & Wonder will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item along with a store credit in the case of refund. For exchanges, we will send you the new product(s) within 7 business days.

*All discounted, sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Wake & Wonder does not offer refunds on returned goods.
